Multiplying for dummies

First you add the two numbers example:

55×23

55+23=78

Then you add 3 (you do this to every one)

78+3= 81

Then you subtract 11

81-11= 70

Then you add 45

70+45=105

Then you add 8

105+8= 1,000,006
